Processing rules and limitations

  • One image per page

Each image is fitted without cropping and keeps its aspect ratio.

  • Re-encoding

Images are drawn on white and encoded as JPEG, which may change transparency, quality, and file size.

  • Limits

Supports still JPG, PNG, and WebP images, up to 25 MiB each and 20 images total. No OCR or animation support.

Images stay in your browser

Selected images and the resulting PDF are not sent to a server or external conversion API. Visible personal details in the pixels are not hidden.

Frequently asked questions

Can I search text in the PDF?

No. Image text stays part of the picture because this tool does not run OCR.

What happens to transparent PNG areas?

They are placed on a white background.

Does this remove GPS metadata?

Do not rely on PDF conversion as a metadata-removal guarantee. Check sensitive images with the Image Metadata Remover before sharing.
